Default Can't take it any more…

My name is Christin, I'm overweight & I just can't handle it anymore. I've been over weight since elementary school, but I just keep getting bigger and bigger and bigger. I have recently decided that I am going to lose this weight, and I am going to start now. At 21(almost 22) I am 276lbs. I went into a store the other day because my mom wanted to buy me a new pair of jeans and to my horror realized that I now wear a size 26. In 4 years I have gained almost 90 lbs and gone from a size 18 to a 26. This is my life and only I can change it. I' ready to change it.

Default support

Christin the support you will get from just reading about the success of others will be great hear. I am posting and you will see that I need to lose a tremendous amount of weight. Many medical issues contributed to my problems---and I felt hopeless until I found a program that works for me and was brave enough to post begging for support on this site.

Reading about the success and journey of others---the ups and downs of not just the weight but the struggle has helped tremendously. Love yourself no matter what phase you are in at this point.
