Hi everyone! Nice to meet you...
I am a long time lurker on 3FC and have decided to finally start contributing. I have been on a weight loss board in the past and was so much more successful with that extra accountability that an online community provides than when I'm just doing it myself.
Anyway, my weight has been up and down a ton over the last 10 years or so. Started my teen years being way too low, got way too high in college (highest weight was 170). I've been mostly hanging out in the 140's in the last couple years, dipping down to the 130's and blowing up to the 150's occasionally. However, now it's time to get serious and to get back down to a healthy weight for good! And I know that 3FC can help me do it!
