Default Back on track today after Thanksgiving!

So glad Thanksgiving is over. I am up a few pounds today but I am positive it is water weight but still a reminder I need to recover from Thanksgiving! I didn't do too bad yesterday. I had 1 plate of food but I didn't finish it all and I boxed it up for my hubby's lunch today. My downfall was the pumpkin pie. I had two and a half slices! So first thing I did today was put the rest of the pumpkin pie outside in the trash Feels good!!

Good for you for getting back on track! AND for doing well yesterday. Personally if I can contain my overeating to one meal instead of a week or a month, I'm proud of myself! lol. I'm sure those "water pounds" will come off in a couple of days!

I managed quite well on t-day. My family is OK at t-day, no horederves and half-sugar pumpkin pie. I had 3 tiny dinner rolls,some dark and lite meat, some green beans, some tiny potatoes like 5(weren't cooked),and some stuffing. But in the last 2 weeks lost about 6 lbs,including t-day. I'm good!

I think that I ate well and did not over do it. I walked for 45 minutes yesterday and with the beautiful weather here, I just finished a 5 mile walk up & down and I feel good. Hope that offset the extra calories.
My hubby finished the leftovers as well
