Hello! I was on here awhile back, and stopped.... Overall the support really helped me stay focused and in the right state of mind for weight loss. I have now gained about 15 pounds and feel sluggish and really tired all the time. I generally have a busy lifestyle, and find it difficult to fully committ. I tend to keep making excuses. I am tired of making excuses! This is my life, my body and I want to take full charge, in getting my body back into shape. I feel that I can do this ... I just need a little support! I would love to join the group if you don't mind. I seen some of the prior posts, and it looks like some of you may have just started up again as well.
