I knew I was always the thick one out of all my sisters and cousins. I get it from my dad, brothers, and uncles everyday. I started out at 147 lbs in June of this year and lost 11 lbs total to this day. My brother keeps telling me I'm getting bigger and bigger everyday and I'm getting unmotivated to continue on to lose the weight to get to my ideal goal of 115-120 lbs. He makes comments about how I don't try hard enough and why I even bother when I'm "on a SEE-food diet." I tried so hard to not let it get to me but it's also hard to continue on when no one sees my progress.

How old is your brother? I ask because he sounds like a 12 year old jerk!
You have to focus on the reasons you want to lose weight. Is it for your brother? I doubt it. So disregard what he says. If you're losing weight, you know you're not getting bigger. Maybe you should keep track of your inches to reinforce this with yourself.
It sounds like he has some internal unhappiness going on, and it's causing him to lash out at you. He should be encouraging you!
Do YOU see your progress? Do YOU feel different than you did 11 pounds ago? You have to focus on these accomplishments, no matter how small they might seem at times. Focus on your children, how you're being such a good, healthy example for them. And focus on the great things you're doing for your health.
