I want to post photos and am having a terrible time figuring it out! Here is attempt # 4,582 (or so it seems.)

OK - you'll have to take my word for it - at 252 I was really round - that's the "before" picture. Now at 182, I'm not so round - that's the "after" picture. That will have to do until I figure this out!

if you upload the photos to photobucket you can then copy the img code (its a long link thing under the uploaded picture) and paste it in the post and it will show the pictures.

Edited to say - it worked - thanks for the tips about photobucket.

Edited again to say - I am keeping those jeans forever. I may have to tack them to the bedroom wall as a reminder, but they are NEVER getting tossed out. The red sweater still looks OK, if you can believe it. It's ribbed, so it pulls in when there isn't so much body inside it and just looks oversized.

Curvaliscious - You asked what plan I was on. I'm sort of counting calories and cutting carbs. Sensible eating. I try to stay at about 1400 - 1500 calories a day, very little rice, potatoes, pasta, or bread, and loads of veggies and fruit. I go to the gym every day and mostly take classes - turbo kick, yoga, full body burn, body conditioning. I use the machines and weights, too, but not as often as I should. I'm working on changing that. It's been working pretty well.
