Hi there... been dieting a few weeks now with family support and friend support. I also was taking a nutrition class which got me in the habit of tracking my calories and activity.
I have lost all my baby weight twice, now need to lose my college 30#
I am hoping this will keep me encouraged. So far I am in the forums for July daily weigh in and fitness challenge!
