Have you tried restricting carbs? Or reducing your calories by 200 or so? Otherwise, I highly recommend measuring as opposed to standing on the scale. You may well be losing inches without seeing any changes in the numbers.

Just be persistant! Maybe your body has gotten used to the food and exercise you've been doing - change it up.
Increase exercise and vary it. - combination of aerobic and resistance
Reduce, or stay at same calorie intake. Change your regular meals and snacks for other alternatives. Different fruits/vegetables, different sources of protien. Maybe even try doing a bit of a soup diet for a few days (two meals are soup), it can help get rid of some water retension and bloating....
Goodluck.

i keep bouncing around in the high 190's and occasionally will see 200. i've never had so much difficulty losing 10 lbs. maybe it's just something about that threshold? we can get past this. just keep at it!
