Smile Hello! I'm new!
My doctor actually recommended this site to me. I'm 24 years old and have battle with my weight since I was 20. Recently I was diagnose with depression and anxiety disorder. I'm ready to get my life back in order and be happy again! I hope to meet great people on my journey.

There's a 20-something's area under Support Groups. There's a Depression & Weight Issues section, too. Though that's just to start.

Make sure to look around and post wherever you're comfortable ^^ Everyone here wants to see everyone else succeed at getting healthier!
