Default New here!
Hello! I've been lurking for a few weeks and thought I'd take the plunge.

I'm on day 1 of South Beach, and so far it's going OK. I have a lot to lose (probably over 100) so I'm taking it a little at a time.

Hmm, what else? I'm in the UK, a mum to five, human to an insane springer spaniel named after a bar of chocolate. Nice to meet you all!
