Just Starting
This is my first day on the forums but third day at starting yet again with the weight loss effort. As of right now I do not have a specific "end goal" weight that I want to reach. I am going to start by making my first goal to get out of the 200s. I have quite a ways to go but with the right mind set I think I can make it happen. *Holds up glass of water...because wine has too many calories* Here is to starting a new life!
