Hey there. I'm new to the board. Looking for resources and opportunities to share information and success stories.
My goal is a bit different...I'm 6'1 / 175-lbs. My body composition is completely out of whack, and I have an increasingly dangerous amount of visceral fat. It is my goal to recompose and then improve my physical condition by (a) improving my diet by eliminating certain foods and restructuring how I eat, (b) adding a physical exercise regiment based on principles proposed an researched by the late Arthur Jones, and (c) establishing both of those additions as solid habit.
I am interested in speaking with people about fat loss via better nutrition, especially the loss of visceral fat, and those who have added physical training regiments to their life, and what results they've had from doing so.
