o hay dere

  • So I'm slightly new. I signed up in like 09, and haven't been doing anything to lose weight since then.

    So I gained up to 140, and now I'm back down to how much I weighed in 09, 125-127.

    I've always been really petite, so being a cow really doesn't look good on my frame. When my fiance and I first started dating I was about 95 lbs soaking wet, and now I'm about 30 some pounds more than that.

    I don't want to get back down to 95 lbs, because I want to have -some- curves. Back then I didn't even hardly have any boobs, lol.

    But I've been going to the YMCA, tracking calories everyday and making sure I eat healthy instead of fast food. However today my blood sugar dropped and so I had to stop at Taco Bell, but I did good and only ate 210 calories on a soft taco. My calorie intake everyday is about 1,100- 1,200. Which is good for helping me lose weight. I don't starve myself, and I eat when I'm hungry, I just eat low calorie food, so that I don't load up on calories with no way to burn them.

    At the YMCA I do weight lifting, the elliptical [that thing is evil], stair stepper [evil evil evil], the bike, and swimming. I do that on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I wish I was able to drive to go everyday of the week, but I have some mental/physical problems that limit me in a few ways, but eventually I'm goin' to get all that worked out too!!

    I'm really happy to be back, and this time I plan on being more active in the forums!
