Give yourself a break! When I started, I was going 30DS about 4 times a week. It was my only exercise at that point and it KILLED me.

It's really hard - no shame about taking your time with it, and modifying moves.
Remember, you're in this for the long haul. There's no reason to punish yourself with exercise that you hate, and/or can't sustain long-term. It's much better to build up to something than to burn yourself out.
