Default Just made an awesome salad
I love salads, here's my newest favorite salad!

Very crisp green leaf lettuce
Ripe roma tomato, diced
Sliced black olives
Hearts of palm, sliced
Avocado
Crumbled black bean burger (heated, of course)
2 tbs Ken's low fat Caesar dressing
A few crispy onions for the top (40 calories worth)

YUM

That sounds good, I will have to try it sometime this week! I've always wanted to try hearts of palm but didn't begin to know what to do with them
