Wow, calorie counting success!
I just started counting calories on MyPlate after I had plateaued at a 45 lb. loss after I quit Phentermine. Everyone said I had to start counting calories, so I did. From 2/20 to 3/4, I've lost 2 1/2 lbs. I have it set to lose 1 lb. a week. I'm no expert, but I'm really encouraged from these early results.
I love it because it's easy, free and it's working!
