I have joined a few challenges lately, but they are all weeks long! I need something short to have some success to build on.... I have been in quite a rut lately- So I am looking to do a Challenge for what I need just for one week!

It will run from 2/1/11 - 2/7/11
- What you need to do to get in:
- Set goals for yourself -don't forget to focus on eating/exercise and any additional as you see fit!
- Check in with us during the week~ Daily if possible!
- Those that accomplish all their goals for the week will be part of the winners circle!
- I will post the winners in a final post to acknowledge our success!
