I don't think you're doing anything wrong, but I would give it a little while longer and then I would INCREASE (yes, INCREASE) your calories and see how that works out.
Because you're starting off at a high weight, your body may in "shock" about how much your exercising and limiting your calories and needs to adjust.
As time goes on, you'll have to see the quality of those calories and see if that's affecting your weight loss.

The other thing to remember (which was a hard lesson for me) is that even when you're not losing weight, the fact that you are developing healthy habits is awesome, because you'll need those skills when you finally reach your goal weight. Even in maintenance, you'll have to watch your calories and exercise.
