Cool Weighed in
Just for fun I jumped on the scale. I did it around the same time I did on Monday at my meeting. I was down 4! I was so excited! I've only worked out once (Zumba) on Monday. I wonder if I can hit 5 by Monday's meeting! Not bad for the first week!
