OMG I have been contemplating wheather I should go on the diet again or not. Last time I did it I lost weight and felt great!

I have already started on Monday. it has been a rough 5 days. I even contemplated quitting today but i am trying to stick to it because I really need to lose some weight. That is why i am looking for a support group because everyone around me is doubting that i can keep it going.

You know I've done this diet! It does work and it will change your eating habits but its very hard at first. You can do it if you try! I decided in the end to go another route with my weight-loss. Here's the 3fc forum for it: 3fatchicks.com/forum/fat-smash-diet-211/

Are you still looking to start a support group? A few years ago I did the fat smash diet with success, while I worked it. Then I let the stress of life get in the way and mess it up. Boo. I'm trying to start again and would really love the support of a group. I was on here last time with a great group of girls that supported each other which was super helpful.

I started yesterday, so I have 2 days down. Anyone else?!
