i am looking for a support group for anyone on the Fat smash diet.

What is the fat smash diet??

OMG I have been contemplating wheather I should go on the diet again or not. Last time I did it I lost weight and felt great!
When do you want to start? Or have you already?

I have already started on Monday. it has been a rough 5 days. I even contemplated quitting today but i am trying to stick to it because I really need to lose some weight. That is why i am looking for a support group because everyone around me is doubting that i can keep it going.

The Fat smash diet is developed by Dr. Ian. It has 4 phases and it last 90 days.

Are you still looking to start a support group? A few years ago I did the fat smash diet with success, while I worked it. Then I let the stress of life get in the way and mess it up. Boo. I'm trying to start again and would really love the support of a group. I was on here last time with a great group of girls that supported each other which was super helpful.

I started yesterday, so I have 2 days down. Anyone else?!
