Hello, all. Our Lady Bonbon here.
I came across this forum through the magical tool of Google as I researched the Couch to 5k program. I was shocked by how supportive and genuine all you ladies here seem to be. It's inspiring, and I've decided I can't be this way. Something has to change, and it's going to start before the new year! With diet and exercise, I shall escape my this dough-like fleshy exterior and become hot.
Here's the plan:
Lose 30 lbs by June 19th, then continue to work like heck to squeeze those last 28 off before Christmas 2011

To do this, I'll need some hardcore diet and workout buddies; I hope you gals are up to the challenge! I'm excited to be here for you and hope that together, we can share a great weight loss experience.
