198 going on 140-- My goal!
Hello, all. Our Lady Bonbon here.
I came across this forum through the magical tool of Google as I researched the Couch to 5k program. I was shocked by how supportive and genuine all you ladies here seem to be. It's inspiring, and I've decided I can't be this way. Something has to change, and it's going to start before the new year! With diet and exercise, I shall escape my this dough-like fleshy exterior and become hot. :carrot: Here's the plan: Lose 30 lbs by June 19th, then continue to work like heck to squeeze those last 28 off before Christmas 2011 :D To do this, I'll need some hardcore diet and workout buddies; I hope you gals are up to the challenge! I'm excited to be here for you and hope that together, we can share a great weight loss experience. |

Welcome! Our weight goals are pretty similar, and I know you'll achieve success-- your overall timeline is similar to mine as well, and though I'm a bit farther into the process, love the support and ideas on this site. We can do it!
