GreenTea - BistroMD is a gourmet frozen food delivery program (like Jenny Craig, only alot better IMHO!

) I've been on it for 12 weeks so far (2 more weeks to go before I quit), and the food is absolutely fresh, non-processed, and delishous! It's made my journey really easy and has taught me several very important lessons about nutrition:
1. WATCH your salt...try to keep it at or under 2,000 mgs/day...
2. You can basically eat ANYTHING you want (not diet food) as long as you watch your portion sizes. Control portion size and everything else is sure to follow (fat, calories, carbs, etc.)
3. EXERCISE - Get moving...living is moving. Keeps you young and keeps your skin nice too!
4. Carbs are not the enemy!!! That is fibrous carbs like brown rice, cous cous, yucca fries (oh how I love this root plant from brazil), rissoto, corn, peas, beans, lentils....
