Exercise !!!!!
Went looking for the original exercise thread, found it eventually but it was 6 pages long so figured I'd be just as well starting a new one.
I went swimming on Friday night and did 22 lengths - 2 more than last week - am very proud of that considering how I was feeling.
My exercise plan for this week - I used to plan my exercise out for the week and it worked before so I am going to try it again
Sun - walk
Mon - walk, 20 sit ups
Tues - walk, 5 minutes arms with weights
Wed - warm up of calanetics video, walk, 20 situps
Thurs - walk, 5 minutes arms with weights
Fri - walk, swim 24 lengths
Sat - 20 situps
Sun - 5 minutes with arms
All walks are for 30 minutes. It is a bit repetitive, but I need to build up this fitness, slowly but surely. If I had lights on my bike I could go out on it one evening, but I have no lights. May need to invest in some, they can't be very dear surely.
