Default Begging for a full night's sleep!

I work up today feeling soo lazy. I went to the gym on Thurs. I took Friday as a rest day. Even on thurs when I went with my mom she only wanted to wwork out an hour. I try staying at least 2 hrs. I did my usual routine until she said she was ready to go. She wen tto sit down and wait for me, but I just used her as my exscuse to go even though I know I did not spend enough time there. Now I've been digging into snacks again. Lately I haven't been able to sleep throughout the whole night and I wake up feeling so lazy. don't want to go anywhere. I can't mak emyself go to bed in the day. I always have to wake up at 5 for work and I go to work with not enough hours spent sleeping. I bottle of wine to try knocking me out before bed and that didn't work (I'm still finishing that bottle tho . I can't stand medicine or doctor visits and I hope it doesn't come to that. But this is really dragging my motivation to lose this weight doooowwwnn. I just joined this gym a week ago too. Any suggestions?

I get up at 4:30am to get to work so I understand how you feel. I am not really on any exercise plan at the moment. I do tons of walking at work, usually around 8 miles or so a day, so I am beat when I get home.


So no, I really don't have any advice on how to get you to the gym, but I do understand the whole exhausted thing!
