I started the ideal protein on August 23. The last 3 weeks have been pretty rocky but I am determined to get healthy. In total I have lost 20 lbs. My goal is to get to 200 lbs. Only 56 to go! Yay.

Red face I'm New Too:)

I just started Ideal Protein today. Feel good but really wanted to eat the beef stroganoff that my husband and kids ate! I have an almost 3 year old and almost 1 year old. I have spent the last 8 months on different depression meds for postpardum depression. I hate them I am currently off meds as the weight gain was depressing me even more. I currently weight 191 pounds, the same as I did when I delivered my second son. I am so done with this weight. I just want to be back to where I was after I had my first son. I have about 60 pounds to lose, so here goes EVERYTHING!

Hi! I started Ideal Protein on Oct 11th, and so far I have lost 11.5 lbs, and 5" in just six days! I am so stoked and everyone that I have mentioned it to is happy for me. I knew that I would have to have something very strict for it to work for me, and this is a great, great program. I have a lot of health problems, and I'm being closely monitored. Can't wait for next week, even though I know I won't loose that much.

Hello,

I've been on IP for 4 weeks now and only lost 8 pounds :-(. I am training a lot while on this diet and some say that this is the reason I am not loosing. The first week I've lost 5 pounds and than only 1 pound each week. I'm getting a bit discouraged.

Please help me!

By the way how do you get thos cool signatures with your weight and everything?
