I've been thinking about joining this board for a while, but I was in denial of my over eating problem.
I've accepted it now and starting tomorrow I'm going on a healthy diet, having three low calorie meals a day. I'm going to start running on Monday, starting with half an hour a day. I would say I'm unfit, I can work out for about an hour before I get tired but I can't run at all and tend to get out of breath when walking quickly.
I don't believe BMI is an indicator of fitness, but I know I'm overweight with a BMI of 28.2. I'm a size 14.
My goal is to be 120lbs and a size 8.
I want to binge literally as soon as I wake up, and it continues throughout the day. I'd say on a normal binge day I eat 1500-2500 calories, on a good day I eat 1200-1500 calories and on a VERY bad day (when I order a take away) I can eat up to 4500 calories. Maybe even more.
I need support for this, I don't want my weight to keep getting higher!
