I'm Lisa. I'm experiencing a difficult time with weight loss after having my son about 13 months ago. I box, weight train, swim, run, and do martial arts. I want to get into cycling. I'm really working hard on emotional and night time eating habits and keeping a food journal.
I participated in the Biggest Loser 5k Challenge in Myrtle Beach a few weeks ago. Ran the whole distance in 54:23 minutes. I'm signed up for another 5k on November 13 to see if I can beat that time.
I have been losing inches, but my weight has fluctuated about 10lbs. I'm just working on being consistent and intense.
