Question I can only walk in place for so long!

I dont have a treadmill at the BF's apartment Any suggestions on do it yourself home exercises??

Can you do exercise videos? If he has cable with OnDemand, there are tons of workouts OnDemand. Otherwise just regular DVDs are good, you can even get them at the library for free.

Knees up, Arms up is a good one, and the exercise DVD's and VHS tapes are a must!

LOL. When I'm desperate, I've paced from the garage to the bedroom and wondered if the carpet was going to show extra wear because of it. Exercise DVDs, as has already been said are great.

Remember calistenics in school, jumping jacks, sit ups, push ups, lunges...sometimes when I'm watching tv and I'm sick to death of my gazelle I run through those and repeat them if I'm not ready to die.

I started walking for 30minutes every evening since i can't afford the gym at the moment, i intend to raise it to 1hour with time and also walk during my lunch break at work. i think this is also a great way of exercising
