Hi Everyone!
I am Kristen, I feel like most of my life I have always been on some kind of diet. Gain ten, loose ten and so the cycle goes. I have never been perfectly skinny. But over the last year a series of events sent me in such a negitive direction. I gained about 40 pounds over the last year, lost all motivation and couldnt get back on track no matter what I did.
I finally got to where I could put my health and fitness first and I havent looked back sense. I did a round of hcg recently and lost 25 pounds and am now determined to keep it off and change the way I eat and live.
I dont want to diet anymore. I want to be healthy and fit and skinny through my normal day to day activites. So this is the goal I am now working towards.
