Let this be a reminder to all of us - overeating - it's not fun. Not enjoyable. Eating well - THAT feels great! I can't begin to tell you how many times I've had the opportunity to re-learn this.
You can't change your past, but you can change your today and your future. You can turn this around. And you will. It's just a temporary blip. A bit of a side step.
Get yourself firmly back on track - it's a great place to be. 3 - 4 days of control, of tight, on plan eating and some exercise and you will be feeling
much better.
