Fell off the wagon and laid there gorging on whatever came to mind without a lick of exercise for this entire past week. It started with leaving town for a wedding for the weekend and just snowballed. Today I weighed in almost 4 pounds heavier than last weigh in and told myself I'm getting back on track. But it doesn't change the fact that I feel terrible right now. :P

Let this be a reminder to all of us - overeating - it's not fun. Not enjoyable. Eating well - THAT feels great! I can't begin to tell you how many times I've had the opportunity to re-learn this. ;)

You can't change your past, but you can change your today and your future. You can turn this around. And you will. It's just a temporary blip. A bit of a side step.

Get yourself firmly back on track - it's a great place to be. 3 - 4 days of control, of tight, on plan eating and some exercise and you will be feeling much better.

We're here for you.
Just because you lost the battle doesn't mean you lost the war!
You're here to get back on track and that's the main thing.

 try to think of it as part of the process. think how you'd wish you'd handled it, go through it again in your mind. get yourself ready for the next time.

exercise and eating on your program again will wipe away the memories more quickly :)

Just think, if you get yourself back under control right this minute, then by a year from now this week won't even be a blip on the radar. You will be much closer to goal, and maybe even maintaining by then. The key is getting RIGHT back to it! You can do it!!!
