Default Binge On Pizza Crap!!

So I had a salad for lunch and my fiance just order pizza after he got back from night class so i had a piece and a breadsticks...

Guess I'll have to workout extra tomorrow

Dont beat yourself up hun, one piece of pizza and bread sticks one time or even once in a good while isn't going to ruin you. We all have those moments of 'i ate something bad today' or ' I had no choice but to eat this"..no worries. Tomorrow is another day.

I ate 6 slice 3 weeks ago , now that is a binge.

The thing is I have pizza at least 2 times a week its my weak spot when my fiance comes home at 1030 at night from school and I wait up for him I usually don't eat until he gets home and by then I am so tired I dont want to make dinner so he orders out pizza. I wouldnt call it binging but it was my one goal other than weight loss was not to eat pizza every week and I had it 3 times this week. Sorry ladies I should have clarified please forgive

I would suggest making stuff up ahead of time even if its just for you..even if they are just stuff you warm up in the microwave or put on the stove for like 10 minutes, its doable. Cold lunchmeat sandwiches even dont take much effort. Does the pizza place offer salads of any sort? maybe he could pick one up for you.

I know how hard is, my family like to order pizza on weekends ... I always say to my self ...just 2 slices, no more and I end having way more than 2.
It hard but I know that we can.....

Ooh chica, I love pizza! I understand your problem... I limit myself to one cheat meal a week, and if thats pizza then so be it.

At my local grocery store you can buy the Pre-made pizza crusts and they have white and whole wheat. I am sure they're not as good as take out but you can add your own 'healthier' toppings like chicken breast and tons of veggies...or you could make Pita pizzas..I've had those and they're AMAZING!!!
Like someone else said as well.....have a treat night and let that be your treat :-).
