Well, my name is Becki, and I'm obviously new here lol

. I'm currently at my highest weight ever, and going into the doctor's office and having her tell me my weight was a low point for me. I went home and cried. Two years ago, I was at my lowest weight. Maintaining at 134, which was amazing I felt incredible. Stress increased at my job and the scale started working double time. Luckily I'm in a much better place at work and now have time to devote to a healthier life style. My short term goal is to make it to the 180's and my long term goal is to be around 120-140, which is normal for my height.
Anyway, I've started Level 1 Day 2 of Jillian Michael's 30 day shred today. My legs are feeling like jello and it amazes me that after the 20 minutes are up, I do feel like I got a pretty great work out. I'm going to try to do that once a day (preferrably morning) then 20-30 minutes on the treadmill at night.
