I have those days a lot throughout my life. For this journey, I actually used my self-loathing as motivation to kick my butt when I work out

I use negativity to motivate myself especially love those mean things people say behind my back that I overhear or find out.... it's great to think about it when I feel unmotivated to get out the door.

Imagine yourself down the road with your success in tow!

Push yourself. Know that every time you move yourself and every time you turn down those high calorie foods and choose healthy ones, that you are one step closer to ending your misery and making your dreams a reality.

Push yourself and push yourself to beyond what you think you are possibly capable of, so that you discover what you ARE capable of. Reach. Stretch. Strive. Grow. Transform your life. MAKE it happen. Amaze yourself. Discover who you were meant to be.

I feel a little like that today because of all the eating out these past three days. However, my clothes aren't tighter because of it so I know this too shall pass. Just push yourself out the door - you'll feel better for it!

Those are the days you NEED to go out the door. You'll feel so much better after you do! I have those days, often. It's weird how I can flip within a couple hours. In the morning I feel thin and in the afternoon I feel fat. The thing is, it's entirely mental and you have to get some kind of handle on it because I'm here to tell you it may not change. You may be at goal and still have thoughts like that.

Oh yeah i hate those days

i tend to get them when im getting dressed to go out for a meal or nite on the town etc.

All my going out clothes have become snug and BLAHHH and i have a right fight with the mirror and usually have a face on for the rest of the day.

Hoping that my weight loss keeps up and my clothes start looking good again

Please...go out and walk the dog. You will feel better because you are being proactive in your journey for better health. Plus..you'll get your heart rate up, too!

Every journey start with just a few steps.

I have to say after reading this very thread, I went outside and walked the dog. We walked for about 8/10 of a mile. I think he wants to kill me now... He isn't used to that kind of exercise!

My dog Spin usually runs to the door when I'm in the living room, but after this morning's walk she walks the other way!

I have to take her out again and she is stalling! LOL

I hate going out because I would have to get dressed. I have like 6 different sizes in my closet.
