I'm new to this site so some help on how it all works would be appreciated!!
I'm looking for some advice/support/encouragement/anything!!! Anything that will get me motivated and keep me going!!
I have previously lost 3 stone on Slimming World then 1 stone at WW last year but now I am really struggling to get on track.
Trying desperately to do the WW plan at home - anyone got any tips, new ideas/recipes to get me started?!
Success stories are good too!!
