I'VE TRIED THEM ALL BUT THIS IS NEW - HELP!!!
Hi!!!
I'm new to this site so some help on how it all works would be appreciated!! I'm looking for some advice/support/encouragement/anything!!! Anything that will get me motivated and keep me going!! I have previously lost 3 stone on Slimming World then 1 stone at WW last year but now I am really struggling to get on track. Trying desperately to do the WW plan at home - anyone got any tips, new ideas/recipes to get me started?! Success stories are good too!! Thanks xxx :?: |
Hi Tipsy: I knew you from the UK because of your reference to "stone", instead of "pound". I just rejoined WW almost 2 weeks ago, and lost 3.6 lbs my first week. The only tips I can give you is to write down everything you eat and could the points. It's the only thing that will make you see what you're eating. Exercise when you can. I do a little, but not as much as I should. I have to improve that part of my diet. This website is pretty good, and you'll get some good tips and encouragement. I wish you lots of luck.
