Hey everyone, im 19 and have been struggling with my weight ever since middle school. i weight 168 and im 5 foot short

my goal weight is to be 125 lbs even though im "suppost to" weight 115. i have a gym membership and have been going for a few months but havent lost anything.. i dont even fit into my jeans anymore! any advice? im going to go to the doctor to get my thyroid checked on the 8th of june. wish me luck!
