I am a mother of two, a 4yr old and a 4 month old. I have been stuck at the same weight for the past 3 months and I need to lose 100 lbs. I would love to lose it slow and steady but lasting. I exercise for an hour 4 times a week but my diet is not very clean yet. I still snack on fiber one cereals and animal crackers and I think they are doing me in. Any advice will be appreciated.
Have you tried journaling? That may help you see what and how much you are eating. Try also writing down how you FEEL when you eat. This may give you some insight.
