I had 1 bowl of kasha with bowties, onions and mushrooms and a large tossed salad with two tsp of real salad dressing. You?

( I wanted: steak with mashed potatoes and a brownie.)

A huge plate of spring mix topped with 4 oz. of pork carnitas from the crockpot, a handful of grape tomatoes and 2 tbsp of hot salsa.

Red grapes for dessert.

My husband wanted Cracker Barrell. I had iced tea, 4 grilled chicken tenders with 2 sides of green beans and half a biscuit with a t of strawberry jam.

idk, still feeling kind of guilty about my snacks though. (has 2! melba toast and low-fat swiss thingies. soo good though)

not exactly great but i was working and 8hr 5hr split shift with 2 off in the middle so drove the 40 mins home and grabbed pre cooked chicken breast from fridge and downed some caffine pills with a coffee (i like the buzz) and went out to work again.

shish kabobs. bbq'd. peppers, onions, mushrooms, couple pieces of steak, cherry tomatoes. worked out then had a apple. Chopped up and threw it in the microwave with some water and cinnamon for sorta fresh applesauce thingy.
