Last night:

bratwurst w/greek yogurt
asparagus
3 snickerdoodles (I HATE when I have to bake cookies for my daughter's events... It's one of the few old comfort foods I still can't resist. But I only had three, rather than half the batch!)

I'm really looking forward to dinner tonight. Beef tenderloin, roasted potatoes and onion, and a salad with tomato and onions, and homemade balsamic vinegrette dressing.

Last night I had a fruit smoothie (low-fat vanilla yogurt, frozen berries, protein powder) and three cups of popcorn for dinner.
This morning I was starving so I had a peanut butter and banana sandwich on whole wheat for breakfast. Now I am sitting here with a Trader Joe's quinoa and chicken spinch salad and the dressing is so spicy I'm eating it plain.
Tonight I'm going out and I'm thinking a hamburger is calling my name..

Last night I had cheese ravioli in marinara sauce, and 3oz of thin New York Strip rubbed with salt and Italian seasonings, and topped with lightly sauteed red & orange peppers and red onions. It was super tasty!!

Tonight I had a sandwich, baked chips, and some fresh fruit.
