I struggle with acne as it is and I have noticed that since working out its gotten worse - any tips on how to prevent that while I am sweating it out at the gym? lol
1. Drink LOTS of water, drink a glass even before working out. I usually drink 1 1/2 litres while working out.
2. Wash your face BEFORE you start working out.
3. Wash your face AFTER working out.
4. Use a toner. I use one by Nutrogena.
Definitely wash your face before and after a workout... a toner is an excellent idea too.... if it persists though see your doctor he may be able to prescribe something stronger...
