Off to do the 2 mile interval in a couple minutes I have been doing this one everyday for the last week. I love it. Up until then I have been either doing the 2 (my stand-by) or the 3 mile depending on time and other workouts.
I have posted now and then in other months and then forget (sorry) do any of you have any idea on and average calorie burn for the WATP 2 mile?
Hey all, I havent done my walk for the day, but I did my weekly weigh-in and I lost 6 pounds for the month of April, I havent lost that much in a month since February! Whoever said that walking is too easy to help weight loss is full of crap lol!
Hello everyone! Purduegirl-I agree with you! Even if I am "just walking", I know I am losing and feeling better than I have in years. I've found something that works for me and I'm sticking with it!!
Took the weekend off and resumed this morning w/ the 3 mile, 45 min. Boot Camp! Felt good to sweat!
i did 2 miles this morning. i used the burn body fat dvd with 2 lb weights in each hand.
Bigmid - on the boards on Leslie's website they have stated that you burn about 100 calories per mile, and that on the boosted miles you burn about 125 calories, so a regular 2 mile walk would burn about 200 calories, and 2 boosted miles would burn about 250 calories.
