A cup of ice water. The water will fill you up and the ice is crunchy. Zero calories. Or some sugar feee hard candy you can take along. I don't htink the theater will have much that is good for you, so prepare to resist by taking something with you. Even if it's carrot and celery sticks. If you don't take something with you, then you run the risk of wanting a treat and having nothing but junk available. That makes it harder to resist. And if everyone else is having a snack, it's hard not to join them. If you have something with you, you can still have a snack, but you know it will be on plan. Also, drink a couple of glasses of water and make sure you've had dinner before you go.
