Default low fat, sugar free, EXPENSIVE

Just looking for good low fat products. I am unfortunately very pick about salad dressing so my salads are not healthy with the dressings i use, but I don't want to buy all these products and throw them away. I do know that my boss kept trying to tell me that the no sugar added Blue Bell Country Vanilla ice cream was great. Of course I didn't believe her. but I honestly can't tell the difference. Sometimes for a change I mash up a banana and it taste just like homemade banana! So any opinions would be great. I bought ff hotdogs but haven't tried them yet.

Angry salad dressing

Hi--Kraft makes a dressing Free Red Wine Vinegar--really tastey and only 15 cal per 2 Tbs. I use it all the time. I even take a small tupperware container to restrauants. Give it a try, you will like it.

Why don't you make your own salad dressings. Most of the WW related web sites have recipes. Try making 1/2 the recipe or 1/3 to see if you like it. Most recipes sites have a search, give that a try. What kind of dressing do you like? Put that into your search. Try some of the clone web sites www.copykat.com, topsecretrecipes.com and search for dressings. salad dressing or even salads. You can always take a high fat recipe and cut it down with f/f or low fat ingredients, like mayonnaise. With vinegars, mustards and spices in the recipe you won't know it has f/f mayo.

We have a lot of salad dressing recipes in our recipe section
http://www.3fatchicks.com/cookbook/v...ory=Condiments

That's a great tip, for blending regular products with the higher priced lowfat to stretch it out. This would also help a lot of people that insist they don't like nonfat or lowfat foods, since you can wean yourself off the high fat this way. I did that with cheese.
