Hello all,
I started the MRC diet on the 23rd of January. I have lost 13 lbs so far but it seems to be going so slow like 2 lbs a week after a three week plateau. When I first started I was losing 4 lbs/week. I have read a lot of posts about being patient but I am somewhat discouraged. I only need to lose like 15 or so lbs and it seems like it is taking forever and it's expensive also. Need words of encouragement!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How do you add the weight tracker to your post? Tried to paste it but it didn't work?
