Introductions-- New to Program
Hello all,
I started the MRC diet on the 23rd of January. I have lost 13 lbs so far but it seems to be going so slow like 2 lbs a week after a three week plateau. When I first started I was losing 4 lbs/week. I have read a lot of posts about being patient but I am somewhat discouraged. I only need to lose like 15 or so lbs and it seems like it is taking forever and it's expensive also. Need words of encouragement!!!!!!!!!!!!! :?::?: How do you add the weight tracker to your post? Tried to paste it but it didn't work? |
