Default Talking about measurements

I am just curious .... how many inch difference do we have between our waist and our lower waist ( belly bottom ). And which do call waist .
Since the beginning i can my belly bottom , my waist measurements. But now I call my waist , waist.

Start measurements:

breast: 43.5
waist : 35.5
belly : 42.5
So there where 7 inch.
hips : 41.5

Now

breast:38.5
waist : 30
belly : 34
Now 4 inch.
hips :36

I know I am a skinny fat

Whenever I started measuring my waist a lot of different sites said to measure the smallest part of your waist. I measure just above my belly button. HTH!!
My waist was 29 when I started lifting with Chalean then went down to 25.5. I havent measured my waist waist per say

I always just measure my "natural" waist, or the smallest part of my waist, which usually falls somewhere around an inch above your belly button. I've never really measured my lower belly, but I have a 4 inch difference between my waist and my hips.

wfonseca, your starting waist and belly were similar to what mine were. When my waist was around 30.5, my belly (at the belly button) was about 35-36. When my waist is about 27, at the belly button it is around 32. So always 4-5" difference for me. At least for me, it's partly because of my hip structure. Your hips are much smaller than mine!

I think people in general are going to have a slight difference just because the smallest part of your waist curves down into your hips which are *probably*/always bigger than your natural [smallest part] of your waist. We aren't guys so we aren't going to taper down into hips smaller than waist. I'd say don't worry about it. I like body fat percentages for this reason because it allows me to see what I'm made of more so than just numbers. Though I like those too.lol. I've just never been one to record measurements. Mostly because I constantly lose tape measures.lol.
