I have been struggling for weeks. I can't seem to get on program. 57 points yesterday. Yes I logged them so I know how much I ate. And the scales are up today. Are you struggling? Just for today, let's log our food on this thread. We can include water, and exercise too. Just start you a reply and edit it throughout the day. If this seems to help, we can start this thread on a daily basis, until eating properly has become more frequent.

Good morning! lol went back to bed for a while but am still on for today!
How do I convert caloiries to weight watchers points? I stay pretty strictly under 1, 246 per day combonation diet/exercise but jeez points would be so much easier!
Even though I wasn't totally on program point wise, I too was more motivated than usual. This challenge was on my mind all day. Hope to do it again tomorrow, no matter who starts it. Feel free if anyone beats me here and wants to start it.
